Tragen sie im Import-file in der Spalte Datensatz-ID die ID im Drittsystem eines Risikos, das bereits im System existiert ein, so wird kein neues Risiko erstellt. HITGuard wird stattdessen das Vorhandene aktualisieren. Das heißt: Die vorhandenen Felder der Importdatei aktualisieren die bereits vorhandenen Felder wie z.B. Bezeichnung, Beschreibung, Verantwortlicher, usw.

If you enter the "External ID" of an existing Risk in the row "Record ID", no new Risk will be created. Instead, HITGUard will update the existing risk. The entries in the import file update the already existing fields such as designation, description, responsible person, etc. This enables the maintenance of individual risks.
