*Wenn eine Prüffrage negativ beantwortet wird, nennen wir Sie eine "Abweichung". Für diese Abweichungen kann man in HITGuard dann [[Special:MyLanguage/Bedrohungen|Bedrohungen]], [[Special:MyLanguage/Aktuelle_Maßnahmen|Maßnahmen]] und [[Special:MyLanguage/Kontrolldefinitionen|Kontrollen]] anlegen. In der Wissensdatenbank können Sie Vorlagen dafür erstellen und diese dann mit der Prüffrage verknüpfen. So könnten mit der Prüffrage "Wurde eine Risikomanagement-Leitlinie ausgearbeitet?" folgende Vorlagen verknüpft sein:
:* Bedrohung: "unzureichende Regelungen"
:* Maßnahme: "Risikomanagement-Leitlinie ausarbeiten"
:* Kontrolle: "jährliche Überprüfung auf Aktualität der Leitlinie"

Measure: “Develop a risk management guideline”
Control: “Annual review to ensure the guideline is up to date”
