:* Wird "Ja" gewählt, muss begründet werden warum keine Datenschutz-Folgenabschätzung durchzuführen ist!
:* "Ja" bedeutet, dass die Erforderlichkeitsprüfung abgeschlossen ist und keine weiteren Prüfschritte durchzuführen sind.
:* Wird "Ja" gewählt, werden Schritt 6 Konsultationen und Schritt 7 DSFA-Ergebnis nicht deaktiviert, da diese Information trotzdem zu Zwecken der vollständigen Dokumentation optional dokumentiert werden kann. In Schritt 7 würde man dementsprechen die Option wählen, dass die Verarbeitungstätigkeit im Einklang mit den datenschutzrechtlichen Vorgaben steht.
