Die Datenklassifikation kennzeichnet die Vertraulichkeit der Daten und gibt vor, wie Daten zu handhaben sind. Dies richtet sich nach der Vertraulichkeit der Daten und dem damit einhergehenden erwünschtem Schutzniveau. Die Anzahl der Kategorien, der Name der Datenklasse sowie deren Beschreibung sind unter Risikomanagement > Risikopolitik frei definierbar.
