Can be treated, but doesn't have to be.
Note Does not constitute a gap, but could become one if the problem grows.
Has more emphasis than a recommendation. Can be treated, but doesn't have to be.
Minor deviation A gap that must be treated and corrected.
Major deviation A gap that must urgently be treated and corrected.
Model implementation Does not constitute a gap, but instead expresses kudos for especially good implementations.
Allows for the positive highlighting of a review's results.

Internal audit required before external audit:

  • By activating this option, external audits are marked for which no preparatory internal audits are planned.

Activate function assignment for reviews:

  • By activating this option, the functions can be recorded in assessment details.

Topic collections

Under "Audit management → Settings | Topic collections" you can create and manage those for the current management system.

A topic collection is a collection of review objects (topics) from one or more knowledge bases, that are often asked together in reviews or audits and should therefore be able to be added together more easily.
