*Schwellwertanalyse in der VT aktivieren
**Falls aktiviert, kann jede Verarbeitungstätigkeit direkt in der VT dahingehend analysiert werden, ob die Durchführung zu einem Risiko für die Betroffenen führen kann. In diesem Fall steht in der Verarbeitungstätigkeit ein weiterer Schritt "Schwellwertanalyse" zur Verfügung, der vom Verantwortlichen oder Sachbearbeiter ausgefüllt werden kann.
**<u>Hinweis:</u> Ist die Schwellwertanalyse in der VT aktiviert und ausgefüllt und wird diese VT als Haupt-VT einer DSFA hinzugefügt, so werden die Werte im dortigen Schritt der Schwellwertanalyse übernommen und vorbesetzt. Ist die Optionn nicht aktiviert, steht die Schwellwertanalyse nur in der Datenschutz-Folgenabschätzung zur Verfügung.
*Interessenabwägung in der VT aktivieren
**Falls aktiviert, wird die Verarbeitungstätigkeit um die Interessenabwägung erweitert, wenn in Schritt 2 als Rechtsgrundlage mindestens einmal die Option "berechtigte Interessen des Verantwortlichen oder eines Dritten" ausgewählt wurde. In diesem Fall steht ein weiterer Schritt 2.1 "Interessenabwägung" zur Verfügung, der vom Verantwortlichen oder Sachbearbeiter ausgefüllt werden kann.
*Rechtliche Verpflichtung zu Betroffenenkategorien in der VT erfassen
**Falls aktiviert, kann im Schritt 2 der Verarbeitungstätigkeit die rechtliche Verpflichtung in Form eines Norm-Mappings erfassen.
*Auswahl der Modellsegment-Ebenen für die Betriebsmittelzuordnung in der VT
**Standardmäßig sind die Business Service Ebene und die Anwendungsebene aktiviert.

Enable threshold analysis in the PA
- If activated, every processing activity can be assessed directly within the PA as to whether its implementation may lead to a risk for the data subject. In this case, a new step "Threshold analysis" is available in the processing activity and can be filled in by the responsible person or the advisor.
- Note: If the threshold analysis is activated as part of the PA and has been filled in, and the PA is assigned to a DPIA as the main PA, the set values are adopted and preset in the DPIA's threshold analysis. If the option is not activated, the threshold analysis is only available in the data protection impact assessment.
Enable weighing of interests in the PA
- If activated, the weighing of interests is included in the processing activity, if the option "Legitimate interests of the responsible person or a third party" was selected at least once in step 2. In this case, a new step 2.1 "Weighing of interests" is available in the processing activity and can be filled in by the responsible person or the advisor.
Record legal obligations to categories of data subjects in the PA
- If activated, in step 2 of the processing activity you can record the legal obligation in the form of a norm-mapping.
Selection of the model segment level for the allocation of resources in the PA
- By default, the business service level and the application level are activated.
