By clicking on the name of the document, a preview of the file will be opened. By clicking the icon to the left of the name, the document can be downloaded.

In the column Event / Event type, one gets information about where the document was attached. (e.g. in the context of an inspection, control, a measure, etc.). Furthermore, there is a link to the event in which the file was attached.
