* The average reported progress of open measures of the selected analysis period. For example, if there are 10 open measures, 3 of which are 50% implemented, 4 are 20% implemented, and the last 3 are 100% implemented, then the average progress is: (3 * 0.5 + 4 * 0.2 + 3 * 1) / 10 = 53%.
