Eine Meldung kann genau einer Akte zugewiesen werden. Welche Akten es gibt und nach welchen Kriterien Meldungen diesen Akten zugewiesen werden, obliegt Ihrer Entscheidung. Meldungen könnten z. B. nach Eingangsmonat/-quartal oder nach Themen wie Datenschutz oder Sicherheit einer Akte zugewiesen werden.
A ticket can be assigned to exactly one dossier. Which dossiers exist and by which criteria tickets are assigned is up to you. Tickets could be bundled in dossiers by month or quarter of receipt just as well as by topics, such as data privacy or security.


In einer Akte können auch Überprüfungen, Gefährdungslagen, Maßnahmen und Kontrollen, die im Zuge der Meldungen aufgetaucht sind, eingesehen, erstellt oder verknüpft werden.
Reviews, hazard situations, measures, and controls, which have come up in conjunction with the ticket, can also be viewed, created or linked in a dossier.

If the automatic code generation is activated for the management system, the codes of the measures to be created are generated automatically in this list. If the automatic code generation is not activated for the management system, they must be set manually.
Organizational unit, responsible user/responsible team, and code are automatically pre-filled from the topic responsibility for all simultaneously created measures. The recognized at and on fields (date and event) are pre-filled from the dossier. The following information can be filled in once and taken over for all simultaneously created measures, depending on the activated optional measure settings:

A ticket can be assigned to exactly one dossier. Which dossiers exist and by which criteria tickets are assigned is up to you. Tickets could be bundled in dossiers by month or quarter of receipt just as well as by topics, such as data privacy or security.

Reviews, hazard situations, measures, and controls, which have come up in conjunction with the ticket, can also be viewed, created or linked in a dossier.
