Findet HITGuard bei der Auswertung einer OrgEh keinen Datenschutzbeauftragten, so wird der Beauftragte der übergeordneten OrgEh herangezogen. Das heißt: Gibt es nur einen Beauftragten in der Organisationsstruktur, so muss dieser nur in der rangobersten OrgEh eingetragen werden.

If HITGuard does not find a data protection officer when evaluating an OrgUnit, HITGuard will use the officer of the parent OrgUnit. This means: If there is only a single officer in the organizational structure, it only needs to be entered in the highest-ranking Org Unit.
